We make sure our products steer clear of harmful substances such as alcohol, parabens, mineral oils, animal-derived ingredients, artificial fragrances, and colours. Plus, we're committed to using environmentally friendly formulas and packaging that are gentle on your body.
Yes! All our items are carefully packaged to make them feel special, though we currently don't have extra gift-wrapping options. But good news! Orders and Delivery
We offer free (standard) shipping for domestic orders over $99. Please note that the free delivery thresholds must be met before shipping costs are calculated and after any discounts are applied. For all other domestic and international orders, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
If you need to change, cancel, or make any modifications to your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible at hello@louisepoire.com.au. Be sure to include your full name and order number in the subject line so we can assist you quickly. We aim to process all orders within 1-2 business days, and we can only make changes if your package hasn't already been shipped from our warehouse. We'll do our best to respond promptly before your order is on its way.
We usually process and ship all orders within 48 hours, so you can expect a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way. This email will include a tracking number, allowing you to follow your package's journey. Domestic Shipping
Express Post within Australia usually arrives in 1-2 business days, while standard delivery takes about 3-5 business days. If you're in Western Australia, expect it to arrive in 4-6 days. For remote areas, delivery might take a little longer. Please note these estimates exclude weekends and public holidays.
International Shipping
International shipping typically takes about 5-21 days, depending on your destination country. Sometimes, customs procedures can cause delays, but don’t worry, we’ll send you a notification if there’s any update on your order. Please keep in mind that international orders are shipped at your own risk. Unfortunately, if items arrive damaged through international shipping, we won’t be able to offer replacements or refunds. We appreciate your understanding and patience!

Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation, through which you can check the status of your delivery.
Payments and Returns
You will receive an order confirmation on the email you have registered at check out once your order has been approved and processed.
Once you have placed your order we will hold payment, but we won't deduct the amount until the parcel has left our warehouse. In the unlikely event that your purchase did not go through and a payment holding has been made in your bank account, the reserved amount will be released within 1-5 business days.
We accept most payment methods. Please select your country at checkout to find out which specific payment methods are available in your region.
Card Payment
You can pay for your purchase with VISA, MasterCard, or AMEX. When you pay with a card, the payment is handled by our payment service provider to guarantee efficient and secure payment.
PayPal
PayPal is an easy and secure payment option. There is no additional fee when paying with PayPal.
Afterpay
You can pay for your purchase in 4 instalments over 6 weeks. You'll pay your first instalment at the time of purchase, and the remainder every two weeks.
Your payment details are private and secure. Rest assured, we never see or store this information.
When you check out, your account details are encrypted and sent directly to the payment service provider, so only you have access to them.

We're dedicated to making our products and the information on our website better to help reduce exchanges and returns. However, if you find that a product isn't quite right for you or doesn't meet your expectations, don't worry — you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return it. We're here to support you every step of the way!
Exchanges
Mums who had an emergency c-section and received a Vaginal Birth Recovery Kit can enjoy a free swap of their unused Perineal Restorative Foam for a Skin & Scar Oil within three months of purchase. Just send us an email at hello@louisepoire to set it up. Please note, this offer is for domestic orders only.
If you don't qualify for this, we’re sorry but we can’t offer exchanges on our products. However, you're most welcome to return any unused and unopened items and place a new order if you’re interested in trying something different.
Returns
We kindly ask that all returned items be unused, unopened, and undamaged, with all labels and original packaging included. Please take care to ensure your consignment isn’t damaged or lost during return. For hygienic reasons, underwear is final sale. If your item came in a box, like a kit or boxed product, please return it in the same box or a sturdy alternative to keep it safe while in transit. Damaged items due to insufficient packaging can't be refunded. Shipping costs for returns are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error. Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we’ll process your refund, which typically takes 1–7 business days to appear in your account. Claims
We want to assure you that all the goods you receive are flawless when shipped. If, by any chance, you receive a faulty product, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us via email at hello@louisepoire.com.au. Kindly include a detailed description of the fault along with a photo showing the issue. We're here to help and will respond quickly with instructions on how to proceed with your claim.
